Irondequoit Beer Company (February – September 2020): .Kitchen Manager Managed kitchen staff. Created recipe book for all menu items including a guide to cooking with beer. Inventory management and ordering. Grill and fry cooking. Food prep. Organization. Training new employees. Maintaining food safety standards and procedures for the entire kitchen.

The Owl House (August 2019 – January 2020): Food Expediter and Cold Side Cook Prepared salads and desserts. Facilitated communication between servers and kitchen staff. Managed dish pit. Multitasking and basic knife skills.

Five Guys Burgers and Fries (March – August 2019): Assistant General Manager Managed kitchen staff. Trained new employees. Financial and inventory management, Scheduling and purchase orders. Customer service experience. Grill and fry cooking.

The Genesee Brew House (July 2016 – February 2019): Lead Food Expediter Managed kitchen staff to make sure orders came together in a timely fashion. Helped create and format over 30 recipes for the Brew House menu. Created and implemented training handbooks for all back of house positions (expos, dishwashers, prep and line cooks). Helped transition kitchen from paper ticket ordering to KDS (Kitchen Display System). Some prep. cooking, quality assurance, training new staff and proactive organization.
